Cable One-Arm Triceps Extension

The Move: Cable One-Arm Triceps Extension

Why: Isolating the triceps one arm at a time with cable extensions helps concentrate on the triceps muscle and ensures continuous muscle tension throughout entire exercise.

How: With your right hand, grab a single handle attached to the high cable pulley. Stand directly in front of weight stack. Now pull the weight down so that your upper arm and elbow are locked into the side of your body. Your upper arm and forearm should form an acute angle (less than 90 degrees). You can keep the other arm by the waist and can have one foot in front of the other for better balance. This will be your starting position. As you contract the triceps, move the single handle attachment down to your side until your arm is straight. Breathe out as you perform this movement. Squeeze the triceps and hold in this contracted position. Slowly return handle to starting position.

Nail it: You can also use exercise bands to perform this movement. To execute this move properly, only your forearms should move. Your upper arms should remain stationary at all times.

I’m heading somewhere today...✈️
If you can guess where I’m traveling too... (I know it’s a shot in the dark) but first person that guesses where I’m going gets a shoutout on my Snapchat! 1,2,3 GO ..... 🌎🤔

TAG SOMEONE YOU WANT TO MOTIVATE!

It is my personal belief that any individual can become and accomplish anything if you truly believe in yourself, overcome your own fears, take a risk, and be extremely persistent until your goal/dream is meet. The reality is that most people that have a goal/dream lack some of the essential elements needing to succeed

(desire, faith, a plan, daily action, commitment, determination, learning from failure, persistence)

In my eyes, you do not need money to make money. Anyone who is completely committed to their goal will do whatever it takes to gain the necessary knowledge.

Lack of time your excuse?? Then you have the inability to prioritize and make time for your goals/dreams (You make time for whats important) These are all examples to show you that the only limitations in life are the ones we create, believe, and oppose upon ourselves. Don’t let the only thing stopping you from achieving your goals be you. Dream BIG, set goals and take action.
